Kaufman Hall is a leader in the healthcare consulting industry. They have two different business units: consulting and software. They also have a software support division that rolls up underneath the software business. They needed 3 different websites that spoke to different audiences and a platform that would allow them to utilize these sites as a content marketing engine, using thought leadership to feed leads to the sales team. The sites also had to cross-link so users could maintain their identity and access their account while moving from site-to-site.
We developed a global bar which allows the user to login and maintain their presence across the sites, but also acted as navigation, telling the user which if the sites they were currently on and links to the other sites. They are currently developing the site in-house. Based on login or repeat visits, the site personalizes content by understanding what products/services the user has purchased or shows interest in.
